MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A BACKMOE
PRESENTED September 26, 1984
ADOPTED September 26, 1984
WHEREAS, bids were requested for the purchase of a four wheel drive backhoe
loader; and
WHEREAS, the lowest and best bid was by Vernon E. Stup Company of Frederick,
Maryland:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The Town Manager shall purchase a four wheel drive backhoe loader
from Vernon E. Stup Co. for a price not to exceed $31,600.00.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the utility fund to account number
5100.711 in the amount of $31,600.00 for FY 1985.
PASSED this 26th day of September , 1984.
