A RESOLUTION: APPOINTING SET-OFF DEBT COORDINATOR
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The town manager is authorized and directed to appoint Marilynn Simpson as
Set-Off Debt Coordinator under the Set-Off Debt Collection Act, Section 58-19.6
through 58-19.21 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended.
