RESOLUTION NO. 84-180 ADOPTED October 10, 1984
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT, APPROVING A PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND WATER AND SEWER EXTENSION
PERMITS FOR THE WAVERLY PARK DEVELOPMENT PLAN,
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia, as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the Town an
Agreement with Waverly Park Partnership for installation of public improvements
shown on a plat prepared by Chamberlin Associates, and approved by the Planning
Commission and Director of Engineerinm for Waverly Park.
SECTION II. The extension of municipal water and sewer for t~is facility
is approved in accordance with Sections 19-19 and 15-9 of t~e Town Code,
SECTION III. A performance guarantee is approve~ in the amount of $67,454.00
for installation of public improvements shown on plans approved by Waverly Park.
SECTION IV. The manager shall execute on behalf of the Town such water,
sewer and storm water easements as necessary to allow public improvement
installation for this subdivision.
SECTION V. This resolution is conditioned upon review and approval
of the agreement and performance guarantee by the Town Attorney.
