MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A 3/4 TON PICK-UP TRUCK
and.
WHEREAS, bids were requested for the purchase of a 3/4 ton pick-up truck;
WHEREAS, the lowest and best bid was by Poquoson Motors, Inc. of Hampton,
Virginia: ',
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The Town Manager shall purchase a 3/4 ton pick-up truck from
Poquoson Motors, Inc. of Hampton, Virginia for an amount not to exceed $8,717.50.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the general fund to account number
4102.707 in the amount of $8,717.50 for FY 1985.
