RESOLUTION NO. 84-190 ADOPTED October 10~ 1984
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT, APPROVING A PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND WATER AND SEWER EASEMENTS
FOR THE CARDINAL INDUSTRIAL PARK, LOT 4
WHEREAS, a development plan was approved on October 4, 1984 by the Planning
Commission for Cardinal Industrial Park, Lot 4 for a proposed Montgomery Ward
catalog store:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the town an
agreement with Michael W. Baer, Trustee, for installation of public improvements
as shown on a plan approved by the Planning Commission for Cardinal Industrial Park,
Lot 4.
SECTION II. A performance guarantee is approved in the amount of $13,542.60
for installation of public improvements shown on plans approved for this develop-
ment plan.
SECTION III. The manager shall execute on behalf of the town such water
and sewer and storm water easements as necessary to allow public improvement
installation for this subdivision.
SECTION IV. This resolution is conditioned upon review and approval of
the agreement and performance guarantee by the Town Attorney.
