RESOLUTION NO. 84-195 ADOPTED October 24, 1984
A RESOLUTION: RELEASING A DEED OF TRUST AND ACCEPTING A CASH BOND FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FOR RODRICK SUBDIVISION, SECTION I, LOTS 1 and 2
WHEREAS, the Council Resolution 84-29 authorized an agreement with
Raymond Rodrick for a performance bond in the amount of $2,946.20 and the Town
appointed George M. Martin, Trustee, and accepted a first lien on the land, and
WHEREAS, Richard O. Gore, Trustee, has completed a PC-3 form to the satis-
faction of the Town Attorney and offered a check in the amount of $2,946.20 as
a cash bond; and
WflEREAS, Woodrow Turner has prepared a Deed of Release for George Martin
and the Mayor of Leesburg's signatures to release the first lien on this land,
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Town of Leesburg in Virginia, as follows:
SECTION I. The Trustee, George M. Martin, is authorized to release the
lien on the property.
SECTION II. A cash performance bond in the amount of $2,946.20 is
accepted for the installation of public improvements as indicated on the PC-7
form dated October 25, 1983 found in the Rodrick Subdivision file.
