AUTHORIZING AUCTION OF FOURTEEN (14) JUNK VEHICLES
WHEREAS, the Municipal Garage is in possession of£ourteen (14) Junk Vehicles;
and
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret hereby authorizes the Purchasing Agent to
advertise for auction o£ said vehicles.
Adopted this 16th day of October,
1997 and certified as a true copy
of the original on October 17. 1997.
