AUTHORIZING NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF PUBLIC HEARING ON REZONING
#ZM-53 BY LEESBURG BUILDERS, INC.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider Rezoning #ZM-53 by Leesburg Builders,
Inc. to have rezoned from R-1 to R-3, 1.99 acres of land located to the east of
the intersection of Valley View Avenue and Stratford Place and bounded on the
north by land of Howell and the Loudoun County School Board, on the east by
Valley View Avenue, on the south by land of Kenneth and Linda Rollins, and on
the west by land of S. Rogers, shall be published in the Loudoun Times-Mirror
on November 8 ., 1984 and November 15 , 1984 for pub-
lic hearing on November 28 , 1984 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Cham-
bers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W., Leesburg, Virginia.
