A RESOLUTION: RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE EXETER PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
FOR REVISION OF THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
FOR PUBLIC HEARING UNDER CHAPTER 11, TITLE 15.1 OF THE CODE OF
VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Application of Leesburg Joint Venture for revision of the zoning
district map, assigned, No. ZM-55, is received and referred to the Planning
Commission for public hearing and recommendation under Chapter 11, Title 15.1
of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
