AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE BOND FOR
LEESBURG COUNTRY CLUB, SEC. 4
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall execute the contract for public improvements
for Leesburg Country Club, Sec. 4.
SECTION II. A performance bond in the amount of $463,836 guaranteeing in-
stallation of public improvements in accordance with plans approved by the
Director of Engineering for the development of Leesburg Country Club, Sec. 4 is
approved.
