A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A LETTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LEESBURG
AND THE VIRGINIA BEEF CORPORATION FOR THE LEASE OF LAND AT
LEESBURG AIRPORT
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The manager is authorized and directed to execute a letter agreement with
the Virginia Beef Corporation for the lease of 20.7841 acres of land at Leesburg
Airpor~'exclusive of land needed to construct the North runway extension, for a
period of one year at a rental fee of $1,000.
