The Council of Bal Harbour Village met at the administration building,
Monday, December 15, 1952 at 8:00 o'clock P. M.
There were present: Messrs. Beatty, Simons, and Dr. Leonard.
Absent: Messrs. brown and Stokely
:,l.so present were W. H. Webb, Village Manager; Mary 'Wetterer, Village
Clerk, and Fred baisden, Village Attorney.
In the absence of the Mayor, Mr. Stokely, the Assistant -Mayor, Dr.
Leonard, presided at the meeting.
On motion of Mr. Beatty, seconded by Mr. Simons, the reading of the
minutes of the previous meeting of November 11, 1952 was waived.
There being no old business before the council Lhe members were in-
formed by Mr. 'Weob that he had requests from Mr. Dol.iman's apartment and
the Walter Schott apartment, both under construction, to erect small signs
giving information as to where a manager could be contacted and the approxi-
mste opening; date. After discussion it was moved by Mr. Simons, seconded
by Mr. Beatty and unanimously voted that these apartments be permitted to
erect temporary signs until the building, was finished.
The question of the site for the Village Nall was brought up and it
was moved by Mr. Beatty, seconded Ly Mr. Simons and unanimously carried
that Mr. Webb talk to Mr. Greham and invite him to the January meeting to
discuss this matter.
