RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF AMUSEMENT
GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE FOR THE YEAR 2001
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret for an AMUSEMENT GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE for the
Year 2001 by the following:
1. Mannie's Vending Service
80 Milltown Rd., Area 2
Union, NJ 07083
2. Vaness Vending Inc.
635 Chancellor Ave.
Irvington, NJ 07111
3. Absolute Vending & Amusement
127 Henry St.
Somerset, NJ 08873
WHEREAS, said application has been investigated by the Carteret Police
Department in compliance with the Borough Ordinance Regulating and Licensing
Amusement Games and said Police Department recommends that a License for the
current year be issued to the applicant (s) listed above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue an AMUSEMENT GAMES
DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE for the year 2001 to the applicant (s) hereby
approved, upon receipt of the proper fee.
Adopted the 3rd day of May, 2001 and
certified as a true copy of the original
on May 4th , 2001.
