RESOLUTION NO. 84-216 ADOPTED November 14~ 1984
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING THE COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR PHASE I OF
COUNTRY CLUB SECTION IV
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg has through Resolution No. 84-197, tendered an
agreement with Republic Insurance Corporation of Dallas, Texas to reimburse the
town for all labor and materials required to fully complete all remaining improve-
ments for Phase I of Country Club Section IV up to the amount of $85,674.10:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. Revenue Account 85.15 titled Insurance Recovery - Country Club IV
Public Improvements in the estimated amount of $85,674.10 shall be established.
SECTION II. An appropriation to remain in effect until the project is com-
plete is made as follows:
