A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPOINTING
BENIGNA MAURA AS PARK MAINTENANCE MAN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE A"
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1e That Benigna Maura is hereby employed as Park
Maintenance Man to serve at the pleasure of the City Manager.
SECTION 11, Benigna Maura shall be paid the salary of
$440.00 per month for the first six months of his employment. He
will be eligible to receive a 5% increase in salary after the firs
six months, and after each succeeding twelve months to a maximum of
$545.00 per rro.
SECTION 111. All overtime work when properly authorized
shall be paid at the hourly rate computed as a part of the monthly
rate.
SECTION IV,, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution approved and adopted this 15th day of March, 1966.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 15th day of March, 1966, by the following
vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen- Dickason, Merritt, Nunamaker, Tyrell, Harker
NOES: Councilmen-None
