RESOLUTION Ab='~ORIZING 1997 TAX SALE
BE IT RESOLVED THAT The Borough Tax Collector is hereby
authorized to take whatever action necessary, inclusive but
not limited to the Sale of Certificates to recover
outstanding 1996 and prior real estat6 taxes and/or sewer
user fees.
Adopted this 16th day of October, 1997 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
October 17, 1997.
