APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF CATOCTIN VIEW SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Town Council has authority to approve cluster subdivisions
under Section 13-59(e) of the Subdivision and Land Development Regulations; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat meets the requirements of Section 13-61(b) of
the Subdivision and Land Development Regulations:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The preliminary plat of Catoctin View Subdivision is approved.
