AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration has accepted for beneficial
occupancy the Regional Automated Flight Service Station recently constructed
at Leesburg Municipal Airport; and
WHEREAS, the original lease between the town and the Federal Aviation
Administration requires amendment to reflect the revised effective date of the
lease:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The Mayor shall execute the supplemental agreement, being the same as trans-
mitted in a memorandum to the Mayor and Council on November 30, 1984; except
that the notice of nonrenewal of the annual lease option shall be 60 days.
