A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY /APPOINTING ALBERT L.
PIZZORNO AS PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Albert L. Plzzorno is hereby employed
as Public Works Director to serve at the pleasure of the City
Council.
SECTION 2. Albert L. Pizzorno shall be paid the salary
of $889.00 per month. He will be eligible to receive a 51% in-
crease in salary each succeeding twelve months, to a maximum of
$940.
SECTION 3. When it is necessary for Mr. Pizzorno to use
his personal vehicle for City business, he will be reimbursed for
the mileage incurred, at the rate of $.10 per mile.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regu-
lar meeting thereof held on the 5th day of April, 1966, by the
following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen- Dickason, Merritt, Nunamaker, Tyrell, Harker
NOES: Councilmen- None
