A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR "THE
DEPOT'TIFFIN" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE
APRIL 11, 2011.
Whereas, _the °City Council'of the City of Tiffin`; lowa'has reviewed and will determine the
renewal of the Alcohol Permit requested bythe business establishment known as the "The
Depot Tiffin" located within the city limits of Tiffin, Iowa. d

Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the
Alcohol Permiffor "The Depot Tiffin". 'City Council directs the City Clerk to,,submit for local'
authority, approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division. -
On the 9th day of March 2011','at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa..
. Councilperson Chris Ball introduced Resolution 2011-11 APPROVING THE RENEWAL
-OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR THE BUSINESSESTABLISHMENT KNOWN AS
"THE DEPOT TIFFIN" LOCATED,WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN,-IOWA ,
EFFECTIVE APRIL 1-1 2011, made a, motion for approval. Seconded by Council person
'Travis Weipert.

WHEREUPON, Five members of'the City council voted to4pprove RESOLUTION'2011-11
APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR THE BUSINESS
ESTABLISHMENT KNOWN AS "THE DEPOT TIFFIN" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE APRIL 11, 2011 the Mayor Royce Phillips
declared that -Resolution,2011-11 by adopted and signified his approval of the same by
