DESIGNATING TECHNICAL ADVISORS FOR EMERGENCY
RADIO SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret, having been designated as an Urban Enterprise
Zone in 1995 participates in a zone project fund; and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Carteret Economic Development Corporation (UEZ
Board) to assist the municipality in the revamping of the radio system for the emergency
services, i.e., police, fire, emergency management; and
WHEREAS, in an effort to be efficient in this process, expert and technical advisors
from within the Borough of Carteret are required;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret hereby name the following persons as technical advisors with direct
involvement in the revamping of this radio system:
DSG. RONALD BENNETT
VOLUNTEER FIRE CHIEF SCOTT PINE
OEM DIRECTOR RONALD SIMON
Adopted this 16th day of October, 1997 and certified as
a true copy of the original on October 17, 1997.
