SPECIAL WORKSHOP MEETING
October 2, 2003
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting with the Grand County
Council on the above date at the Council Chambers of Moab City
Offices, located at 115 West 200 South, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L.
Sakrison called the Special Meeting to order at 6:00 PM. In attendance
were Councilmembers Kirstin Peterson, Jeffrey Davis, Gregg Stucki,
Kyle Bailey and Rob Sweeten. Also in attendance were City Manager
Donna J. Metzler, City Planner Robert Hugie, Moab City Planning
Commission Members Dave Wood and Rodney Taylor and members of
the Lighting Task Force Committee.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was as follows:
1) Discussion Regarding Proposed Lighting Ordinance;
Discussion ensued between City Council members, city staff, Planning
Commission members and the Task Force Committee members.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:30 PM.
