ESTABLISHING A RATE FOR WATER CONSUMPTION AT LEESBURG
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
WHEREAS, the town has rehabilitated the existing well facility at Leesburg
Municipal Airport for use by Janelle Aviation and the Federal Aviation Ad-
ministration; and
WHEREAS, this facility is not interconnected with the town's general water
supply system; and
WHEREAS, a separate water service rate is, therefore, appropriate:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
A user charge rate of $3.04 per 1,000 gallons of water consumed is estab-
lished as the rate for all establishments connected to the town's airport
Individual customers shall also be billed a $3.00 per quarter
