AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING REPEAL OF
ORDINANCE NO. 7-1981
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 7-1981 was passed and adopted by
the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana on the 6th of April, 1981; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 7-1981 pertaining to the adoption
by reference of certain rules, regulations and
codes governing the construction and alteration
of buildings and structures in the City of
Richmond, Indiana; and
WHEREAS, said rules, regulations and codes are not now
based on the current building rules of the
Administrative Building Council.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana that:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 7-1981 be and
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after
its passage and signing by the
Mayor.
