SPECIAL MEETING
October 13, 2003
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above in the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Special City
Council Meeting to order at 3:34 PM. In attendance were
Councilmembers Kyle Bailey, Kirstin Peterson, and Gregg Stucki. Also
present were City Manager Donna Metzler, and City Recorder/Assistant
City Manager Rachel Ellison.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was: Canvassing of votes and final
audit of the Moab City Primary Election held on October 7, 2003.
Council and Mayor reviewed the audited election results including
absentee and provisional votes processed at the meeting.
Councilmember Bailey moved to accept the final election results as:

David M. Everitt 445
Sarah Heffron 412
Jeanette Kopell 226
Randy Martin 339
Gregg W. Stucki 378
Rob Sweeten 306
Councilmember Peterson seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0
aye.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 3:36 PM.
