A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR "THE
-DEPOT TIFFIN"-LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF'TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE
., APRIL 11, 2011.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
renewal of the Alcohol Permit, requested by the business establishment known as the "The
Depot Tiffin" located within the city limits of Tiffin,, Iowa.
Whereas, the City Council has not discoveredanyreason to deny the renewal of.the
Alcohol Permit for "The Depot Tiffin". City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for. local
authority, approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.

On the 9th day of March'2011,-at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa.
Councilperson Chris`Ball introduced Resolution 2011-11 APPROVING THE`RENEWAL
OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR THE BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT KNOWN AS
"THE DEPOT TIFFIN" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF, TIFFIN, IOWA
EFFECTIVE APRIL 11, 2011 made a motion for approval. Seconded by Council person
Travis Weipert. -

WHEREUPON, Five members of the City council voted to approve RESOLUTION 2011-11
APPROVING, THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR THE•BUSINESS.
ESTABLISHMENT KNOWN AS "THE'DEPOT TIFFIN" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE APRIL 11, 2011 the Mayor Royce Phillips
declared that Resolution 2011-11 by adopted and signified his approval of the same -by
affixing his signature thereto. s w
Passed and approved by the City Council on``the 9th day of March 2011.
