RESOLUTION NO. 85-24 ADOPTED February 13, 1985
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL AND EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS OF
THE LOUDOUN MUSEUM BUILDING AT 16 WEST LOUDOUN STREET
WHEREAS, the Loudoun Museum, Inc. has requested authorization for certain
structural and electrical alterations of the building leased by the town to the
Museum at 16 West Loudoun Street; and
WHEREAS, the lease agreement between the town and the Museum requires
approval by the town for any alterations:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The Loudoun Museum is hereby authorized to perform structural, electrical
and exterior alterations to the lower level of 16 West Loudoun Street as
described in a January 11, 1985 request for proposals issued by Loudoun Museum,
Inc.
PASSED this 13th day of February , 1985.
