RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF RICHLYNN DEVELOPMENT,
INC. FOR REVISION OF THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING UNDER CHAPTER 11, TITLE 15.1 OF
THE CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The application of Richlynn Development, Inc. for revision of the
zoning district map from County A-3 to County PD-GI, assigned No. ZM-58, is
received and referred to the Planning Commission for public hearing and recom-
mendation under Chapter 11, Title 15.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
PASSED this 13th day of February , 1985.
