COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, DECEMBER 8, 2015
CALL TO ORDER
The December 8, 2015, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:46 P.M.
by Mayor Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Costales, Henry, Mihalevich, Prather, Schreiber,
Scrivner, and Ward
Arrived Late: Graham (Arrived at 5:50 P.M.)
Absent: Hussey
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilmen Prather and Scrivner stated they would make announcements about
the rescheduled meeting dates for the Finance and Public Works & Planning
Committees in the Regular meeting.
2015-85 (CCP Industrial Revenue Bonds) – City Counselor Drew Hilpert
explained this issue and answered questions.
2015-84 and 2015-59 (Chestnut Street / Lincoln University) – Discussion was
held regarding whether Council would wish to suspend the rules and pass the
new bill being introduce tonight on this issue (2015-84). Councilman Scrivner
stated he planned to allow 2015-59 to die tonight.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
