COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, DECEMBER 21, 2015
CALL TO ORDER
The December 21, 2015, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:46 P.M.
by Mayor Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Costales, Graham, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schreiber, Scrivner, and Ward
Absent: Henry
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor Tergin stated that Bob Gilbert who is on the agenda as an invited guest
has a prior commitment and stated that if there were no objections, she would
like to move him up on the agenda to the last item under “Miscellaneous Agenda
Items.” There were no objections voiced to her request.
2015-85 (CCP Industrial Revenue Bonds) – City Counselor Drew Hilpert stated
that bond counsel would be present at tonight’s meeting to answer any questions
the Council may have about this bond issue.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:53 P.M.
