AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ON THE
REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF ABANDONED VEHICLES
IN THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY,
INDIANA BEING ORDINANCE NO. 3-1982.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana that:
Section I. Ordinance No. 3-1982 shall be amended
by adding the following:
Sect r� 4 (a). The Board of Public Works and
Safety shall be thV,'Q9ncy responsible for the {hJn%4�d/,
storage and disposal of abandoned vehicles and may enter into bid
contracts as necessary for the purpose of pAtV01AA, storage
and disposition of abandoned vehicles.
Section II. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval as by
law required.
