AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR ACCOUNTING SERVICES
WHEREAS, due to the vacancy of the finance director's position for the
period of from July 27, 1984 to October 15, 1984 it was necessary to engage
the accounting firm of Yount, Hyde & Barbour, P.C. to perform professional
accounting and bookkeeping services in conjunction with the balancing and
closing of the town's financial books and records for the fiscal year ended
June 30, 1984.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED that a transfer is authorized in the amount of $3,850
from Finance Department Account No. 1214-101 to Account No. 1214-301.
PASSED this 13th day of February , 1985.
