RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF A.B.C. LICENSE
#1201-44-007-004, w~.B BY COOKE AVEiTOE LIQUORS, INC.
FOR THE 1997-1998 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, pursuant to an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Alcoholic Bever-
ages'', as amended and also by certain rules and regulations adopted by
the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret, application has been made
by COOKE AVEITOE LIQUORS, INC., holder of A. BiC. License #1201-44-007-004
for Renewal of said License for the 1997-1998 License Term and has filed
the proper form, necessary papers and has paid the necessary fees there-
for; and
WHEREAS, no objections have been made, either orally or in writing, to the
Municipal Clerk as to the renewal 6f said licer~e.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of NewlJersey, that
a Plenary Retail Distribution License be issued to COOKE AVENUE LIQUORS,
INC., holder of A. BiC. License #1201-44-007-004, premises located at
66 Cooke Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey as herein set out below;
BE IT FUILTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized
to issue a license to the applicant, in accordance with the application
heretofore made and approved, having said license become effective from
Term Beginning July 1, 1997 and to Expire on June 20, 1998;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be forwarded with original application and proper fee for renewal to the
State of New Jersey, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing
Bureau, Cig 087, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.
Adopted the 16th day of October, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 17, 1997.
