AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO PURCHASE OFFICE EQUIPMENT FOR
THE TOWN ENGINEER
WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering is not equipped with a desk and
storage shelves which are needed in order to provide adequate storage and
working space and;
WHEREAS, funds presently are not appropriated in the Engineering Depart-
ment budget for such purposes.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
A transfer of $820.00 is authorized from Salary and Wages Account Number
3401-101 to Capital Outlay Account Number 3401-701 for the purpose of procuring
a desk and three shelves for the Director of Engineering.
