RESOLUTION NO. 85-35 ADOPTED February 27, 1985
A RESOLUTION: MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR LEGAL, FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE
SERVICES FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT EXPANSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, due to recent developments that have occurred with respect to
awarding the contract for the wastewater treatment plant expansion project; and
WHEREAS, as a result of these developments, the town has incurred legal ex-
penses not originally anticipated; and
WHEREAS, these services are necessary for the successful completion of this
project.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
An appropriation is made for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion project,
Account Number 8400-250, in the additional amount of $32,300 which shall remain
in effect until the project is complete.
