AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is nm7 necessary to transfer money
within the fund appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,
WAYNE COUNTY, INDIAAA:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following
additional sun-, of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of
the several appropriations, herein named and for the purposes herein specified,
subject to the laws governing the same.

SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has beer, shown that certain existing appropriations now
have umobligated balances which will not be needed for the p n poses for which
appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations
be reduced in the following amounts.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
