AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN T'fE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS it has been determined that it is now necessary to transfer money within
the frond appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAIN D BY THE CO MN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICIMND, WAYNE
COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following
additional surs of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the
several appropriations, herein nand and for the purposes herein specified, subject
to the laws governing the sane:

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of
