CONVEYING A DEED TO THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA FOR PURPOSES OF
IMPROVEMENTS ON ROUTE 643
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Mayor shall execute a General Warranty deed made the 5th day of March
1986 by and between the Town of Leesburg and the Commonwealth of Virginia con-
veying in fee simple a tract of land containing approximately 11,730 square feet
over the lands of the town needed for improvements on Route 643 so as to make a
total right-of-way width of 50 feet. Said land to be conveyed is more par-
ticularly described on a plat transmitted to the Council on March 4, 1985.
