A RESOLUTION"FOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA FOR APPROVAL OF THE
2011-2012 CITY BUDGET. PUBLISHED AS REQUIRED. IN THE CEDAR RAPIDS
GAZETTE, 'NEWSPAPER AND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES POSTED IN -FOUR
LOCATIONS WITHIN -THE CITY LIMITS"OF TIFFIN, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City Council having reviewed and. now set approval of said 2011-
2012City Budget for the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
WHEREAS, •the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa reserves the right to amend said City
Budget for 2011-2012 as needed after the date of July 1, 2011.
r ON THE 9th day of March 2011,.of al'regular meeting of the'Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Council person Mike-Gericke made a motion-seconded by-Council person Travis Weigert
for approval of .2011-2012 City Budget to be submitted,and certified with the Iowa
Department of Management and the Johnson County Auditor no'later than March 1.5, 2011.
Ayes: Chris Ball; Jim Bartels, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen, and Travis Weipert,
Nays: None- k,
Absent: None. -
WHEREUPON; the Mayor Royce Phillips declared that Resolution 2011-09 be- approved
and adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
PASSED, by the Council on the 9th day of March 2011, and approved by the Mayor_.on the
4 10th day of March 201.1.
