AUTI~tLIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
JI~KYARD DEAT.RRS' LICti~SE TO DAVID BASS
FOR THE 1997 LICI2~SE '£~;~LM
WHEREAS, DAVID BASS has made application to the Borough of Carteret
for a Junkyard Dealers' License and to operate at property known as
Block 134, Lot 1 and Block 135, Lot 1.01 on the Borough of Carteret
Tax Map, also known as 1 Beverly Street, Carteret, New Jersey.
WHEREAS, said property has been used as a June Yard, owned and
operated by Joseph Batch, t/a "Barch's Auto Wrecker's"; and
WHEREAS, David Bass has paid the proper fee and has published his
intent two times in The Home News & Tribune, with Notice of Public
Hearing on this date, in compliance with Borough Ordinance and has
submitted an Affidavit of Publication to the Municipal Clerk. To
date, the Municipal Clerk has not received any objections, either
orally or in writing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that the Municipal Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Junkyard Dealers' License
to David Bass for the 1997 License Term for premises located at
1 Beverly Street, in the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex,
State of New Jersey.
Adopted the 16th day of October, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 17, 1997.
