RESOLUTION NO. 85-39 ADOPTED March 13, 1985
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORNANCE GUARANTEE
FOR INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR LgXINGTON PLACE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the Town an
agreement (Form PC-2) with Lexington Place Associates for installation of
public improvements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Engineering
for the Lexington Place Development.
SECTION II. An irrevocable bank letter of credit in a form approved by
the town attorney from Farmers and Mechanics National Bank of Frederick,
Maryland, in the amount of $21,569.13 is approved as security to guarantee
installation of the public improvements shown on the construction drawings and
approved by the Director of Engineering for the Lexington Place Development.
