WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated. AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROPRIATED OFF STREET PARKING Personal Services $13,600. $13,600. Other Services & Charges 4,900. 4,900. TOTAL $18,500. S18,500. SECTION 2. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation, the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the fund herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing emergency appropriations. Chambers in the Municipal Building of said City December 6, 1982 , at the hour of 7:30 p,m. Councilman Hills .,resided with the following members present: Messrs. Elstro , Williams , Henry , Iiankinson , Uelch Parker , Carter `2 Paust , Absent: None 31 The following business was had, to -wit: (OTHER BUSINESS HAD) The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Richmond, Indiana, on the dates of Nov. 16 and Nov. 23, 1982 Said notices stated that a public hearing would be held on the btft day of December, 1982 , by the Common Council to consider additional appropriations as provided for in Ordinance No. 46-1982 , within the City of Richmond, Indiana. The proof of publication and posting of notices were examined and found to be correct and in order. Councilman Welch moved the proof of publication and posting of notices be received and ordered filed, seconded by Councilman Parker , and on voice vote the motion was carried. The Clerk read on second reading Ordinance No. 46-1982 President lfills announced Ordinance No. 46-1982 is on pubic hearing.
