SPECIAL MEETING
November 7, 2003
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above in the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Councilmember Kyle Bailey called the Special City
Council Meeting to order at 5:05 PM. In attendance were
Councilmembers Gregg W. Stucki and Jeffrey Davis. Also present was
City Recorder/Assistant City Manager Rachel Ellison.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was: Canvassing of votes and final
audit of the Moab City General Election held on November 4, 2003.
Council and Mayor reviewed the audited election results including the
final tally including absentee and provisional votes.
Councilmember Bailey moved to accept the final election results as:
Keith H. Brewer 835
David M. Everitt 732
Sarah Heffron 747
Gregg W. Stucki 765
Rob Sweeten 787
Councilmember Stucki seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0
aye.
Councilmember Bailey adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:05 PM.
