WHEREAS, the NJ Departtnent of Personnel called for an examination for the position
of
POLICE SERGEANT
in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the NJ Department of Personnel has served a Certification of Eligibles for
Appointment, dated J U LY 16, 1997 for said position; and
WHEREAS, the NJ Department of Personnel has certified that
NICHOLAS MIRANDI
ANDREW TARRANT
DENNIS MCFADDEN
MICHAEL HUCHKO
are eligible for appointment to the position of
POLICE SERGEANT
in the Borough of Carteret;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that
NICHOLAS MIRANDI
ANDREW TARRANT
DENNIS MCFADDEN
MICHAEL HUCHKO
be and are hereby appointed to the position of
POLICE SERGEANT
of the Borough of Carteret from the Certification List dated JO LY 16, 1997 as
provided by law, effective OCTOBER 16, 1997.
Adopted this 16th day of October, 1997 and certified
as a true copy of the original on October 17, 1997.
