APPROVING A STORM SEWER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LEESBURG
AND MARKET SQUARE ASSOCIATES
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Market Square
Associates, Inc. which provides for the payment of costs of maintenance, repla-
cement and use of the storm sewer that traverses the Market Station project.
