PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Mr. Michael P. Collins, Chairman; Mrs. Michelle Gibas, Village
Clerk; and Mrs. Margie Bonuchi, Village Trustee, constituting the Municipal Officers
Electoral Board for the Village of Plainfield will hold a meeting of the Municipal Officers
Electoral Board, which is required by law to meet and pass on objections to the
Consolidated Election Petition of Eric J. Blatti for Village of Plainfield Trustee, four year
term and Petition to Deny and/or Reject Certification of said Nomination Papers and
Petitions for the April 6, 2021 Consolidated Election.

The Municipal Officers Electoral Board shall meet on Friday, January 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the
Second Floor Boardroom of the Village of Plainfield Village Hall, 24401 W. Lockport
Street, Plainfield, IL 60544.

constituting the Municipal Officers Electoral Board for the hearing and passing on of objections
to the Consolidated Election Petition to be voted on by the Electors of the Village.
You are hereby notified that the above-designated Municipal Officers Electoral Board is required
by law to meet and pass on objections to the Consolidated Election Petition to be voted on at the
Consolidated Election to be held on April 6, 2021
You are further notified that the above-designated Municipal Officers Electoral Board shall meet
on Friday, January 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Second Floor Boardroom of the Village of
Plainfield Village Hall, 24401 W. Lockport Street, Plainfield, Illinois 60544 for the purpose of
hearing and passing on said objections to the Consolidated Election Petition, and that a Call has
been and is hereby made by the Municipal Officers Electoral Board for said meeting to be held at
the time and place and for the purpose aforesaid. If you are the objector and you do not appear
for the hearing at the above time and place, a default judgment may be entered against you
resulting in a finding that the Consolidated Election Petition is valid. If you are the candidate or
the principal proponent and you do not appear for the hearing at the above time and place, a
default judgment may be entered against you resulting in a finding that the Consolidated Election
Petition field herein is invalid.
