RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF 2001 AMUSEMENT
DEVICE LICENSE (S)
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret for AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE (S) for the Year 2001 by the
following:
1. Charlie Pub 3 Roosevelt Ave.
2. TJ's Glass House 51 Wheeler Ave.
3. Hispanic Social Club 61 Roosevelt Ave.
4. Maria's Portuguese Bar
and Restaurant 106 Pulaski Ave.
5. Such's Bar & Grill
6. Dixie's Tavern
7. Kelly's Pub

WHEREAS, said application (s) has/have been investigated by the Carteret Police
Department, in compliance with the Borough Ordinance Regulating and Licensing
Amusement Devices and said Police Department recommends that a License for
the current Year by issued to the applicant (s) listed above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue an AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE for
the Year 2001 to the applicant (s) hereby approved, upon receipt of the proper fee.

2001 and certified as a true copy of
the origin/al on MAY 4 ~ 2001
