WHEREAS, Section 7A-1 of the Charter authorizes appointment of deputy zoning
administrators; and
WHEREAS, efficient zoning ordinance administration requires appointment of
deputy zoning administrators to act in the absence of the zoning administrator:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The director of planning, zoning and development is appointed a deputy
zoning administrator to act in the absence of the zoning administrator.
