DIRECTING TIlE ISSUANCE OF BINGO LICENSES TO
ST. JOSEPH CHURC~
WIIEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and Council of the
Borongh of Carteret, New Jersey by St. Joseph Church
of the Borongh of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the applicant (s) is/are qualified to be licensed and that the
members designated to conduct BINGO GAMES and to assist are bona fide members
of the applicant (s); and
WHEREAS, the applicant (s) has/have signified that the games will be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Commission's
Regulations.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS IIEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough 9f Carterel, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor and Council by issuing, upon proper
presentation of application and fees, a BINGO LICENSE to the applican[ (s);
BE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07102.
CERTIFICATION
I hereby certify that this Resolution is a true copy of the original
adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret,
County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, at the Council Meeting
held on Novomhor 6: 1997
