A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE COMMONS
AT LINDEN HILL PLANNED RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD
REZONING APPLICATION #60 BY LINDEN HILL DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider Rezoning Application #60 by Linden
Hill Development Corporation to have rezoned from County R-1 to Planned
Residential Neighborhood (PRN), 10.3367 acres of land located on the west side
of South King Street (Route 15) and bounded by the Leesburg Country Club
Subdivision on the north and west and land of Allman Trustee on the south shall
be published in the Loudoun Times-Mirror on June 6 , 1985 and June 13 ,1985
for public hearing on June 26 , 1985 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers,
10 West Loudoun Street, Leesburg, Virginia.
